Behavioral Fluency is a growing ABA company that provides high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 2–10 in a play-based, natural environment teaching setting. Our child-led approach combines the latest in evidence-based practices with a nurturing, social environment that encourages engagement, communication, and independence.

Our sister program BX HQ, is an inclusive social club for teens and young adults with disabilities. This program focuses on social skills, vocational readiness, independent living, and leisure skills through fun, structured activities in a laid-back environment. BX HQ offers both insurance-based and private-pay programs, including open gym times, job readiness sessions, cooking and life skills workshops, and group social events.

Behavioral Fluency:

  • Bright, open therapy rooms

Role Description:

We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for both locations. This clinic-based position involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, facilitating group sessions, supporting vocational and life skill instruction, and helping clients build meaningful social connections. RBTs work directly under BCBA supervision using a digital data collection system and structured programming.

  • Behavioral Fluency: Working with children ages 2–10 using NET, DTI, and play-based ABA

  • BX HQ: Supporting teens and young adults (ages 16–28) in social, leisure, and vocational programs

 

Schedule:

  • Full Time: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 6:00

  • Part Time: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 2:00

Qualifications:

  • RBT certification (BACB and NV registry)

  • Experience working with children, teens, or young adults

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Understanding of ABA principles and data collection

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

  • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping others

​​
