Requirements

As a BCBA, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Collaborate with caregivers during Family Treatment Guidance Sessions

  • Analyze data and adjust interventions for optimal client progress

  • Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)

  • Nevada Licensed Behavior Analyst (Required)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Passion for helping children and families
