Requirements
As a BCBA, you will:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with caregivers during Family Treatment Guidance Sessions
Analyze data and adjust interventions for optimal client progress
Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
Nevada Licensed Behavior Analyst (Required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for helping children and families
